Below it.s obvious that on the right, one can see the guys who slept most of the way and to the left, Daniel who had the last shift as a driver on the right. Funny thing is SKAMBOMAMBO gained a full hour thanks to time difference between CET time and GMT mean time.

This was Misiek's first time ever to the UK and he could hardly wait!

Skambomambo is in Dover at around 13.30 and then a 3 hour drive to London. It is time for the London Olympics and there is a lot of traffic, but the Skambomambo arrives at 17:00. No sleep, no shower. Time to gig all over again. Our host, manager in London is the best guy in the world. Meet Adee, in the photo on the left with Don Mario.

Skambomambo Woodstock Eliminacje

SKAMBOMAMBO returned from their UK tour to compete for a place for the greatest Polish Festival of all - Woodstock Festival. From over a 1000 bands SKAMBOMAMBO was chosen to make it to the final:

Skambomambo in Kidderminster

Home to some of the greatest names in Rock history - mainly Robert Plant and other musicians he played with - Kidderminster has become SKAMBOMAMBO's home in the Midlands. The band relaxed, boozed and partied in this green, green quaint little town, making it a perfect escape from the larger Midland cities and venues. SKAMBOMAMBO found Kidderminster to be a great place to be, made a lot of local friends, got acquianted with several pubs round town - especially  The Swan where the band gave their farewell performance to the Midlands this time around.

An inspiring place - here the Band is on the Devil's Seat together with our host, brother, saviour Dysfunctional!!! Led Zeppelin territory, laid back and lots of love shared. Love to Meg, The Flower Lover, Pops, Ed, Colin ... to the Croatian and Slovenian girls who gatecrashed into our party and stayed on with us for the following week, Big Dave, all of you at Swan, Katie for her pics and living close to Meg's..... and a lot of faces and names we will remember forever.

A big round of applause for the 3 bands that played with us everywhere: Mr Shankly - Lobster and Stiff Joints -Apples. The last gigs in the UK were in Moseley at The Bull's Head - together with Skafinger and Lobster and then in Bristol with The Richardson Maneuver.

SKAMBOMAMBO in The Midlands

SKAMBOMAMBO at Katie Fitzgerald's in Stourbridge. It was a pity that this lovely pub with it's Irish character and creamy ales did not pull a large crowd, maybe due to the fact that it was midweek 18.04.2012,  but it was fun and a great show given by MR SHANKLY and SKAMBOMAMBO.

SKAMBOMAMBO returned to Halesowen, the Olde Queen's Head 19.04.2012. Much love to the family that has adopted the band, especially to Dave 'Tatty' Jones and Mandy. The support band was LOBSTER, a ska punk band from Birmingham. A must see live.

SKAMBOMAMBO performed in Coventry for the first time at the Indiana Centre 20.04.2012.

The bands on the night included MR SHANKLY and SKA WADDY. The event was organised by SKA WADDY, a big thank you to Mark Ryder and Co, who joined the bands to play along live on stage.
